Truebridge is a small pest control crew working out of Footscray. Most of our jobs are within a few kilometres: weatherboards and terraces on stumps in Seddon and Yarraville, shopfronts and restaurant kitchens along the main streets, and plenty of houses sharing a wall with one. We know what a damp subfloor in this area looks like and what tends to be living in it.
We work to Integrated Pest Management, which is a formal name for a simple order of work. Inspect and identify the pest first. Fix how it is getting in and what it is eating. Use targeted baits and gels before any broad spraying. Use the least product that does the job. It takes a bit longer on the first visit and it lasts a lot longer afterwards.
Every technician holds a pest control licence issued by the Victorian Department of Health. You get a price before any treatment starts and a written report when we finish. We also tell you what is realistic. Some pests need a second visit, some cannot be kept out of a garden, and we would rather say that at the door than have you find out later.

Sealing a gap or placing a gel beats spraying a whole room. We use the smallest amount that works.

Pet and child aware
We ask who lives in the house first, then choose baits, gels and placements to suit. Re-entry times in writing.
Treatment report
A written report after every visit: what we found, what we used, where we put it and what to watch for.
Service warranty
If the pest comes back inside the written warranty period, so do we, with no charge for the return visit.

Thought we had rats. Turned out to be a possum getting in under a lifted tile near the plum tree. They fitted a one-way flap, came back four days later and sealed it. Quiet ever since, and they sent photos of the hole.

Possum removal
