Pick the pest below, or just tell us what you have seen or heard. A licensed technician inspects first, tells you what it is and what it costs, and treats only what needs treating.

What you can count on
Every technician holds a pest control licence issued by the Victorian Department of Health. Details on request.
We ask who lives in the house first, then choose baits, gels and placements to suit. Re-entry times in writing.
A written report after every visit: what we found, what we used, where we put it and what to watch for.
If the pest comes back inside the written warranty period, so do we, with no charge for the return visit.
How a visit works
Nothing is sprayed, baited or trapped until you know what we found and what it will cost.
Droppings, noises, a nest, mud on a stump. A photo helps. We give you a price range on the phone.
A licensed technician checks inside, outside, the subfloor and the roof space, and tells you which pest it is.
You see the treatment plan and a fixed price before anything is applied. Saying no costs you nothing more.
We treat, seal what we can, and leave a report listing what was used, re-entry times and your warranty.

From customers
Thought we had rats. Turned out to be a possum getting in under a lifted tile near the plum tree. They fitted a one-way flap, came back four days later and sealed it. Quiet ever since, and they sent photos of the hole.
Danielle, Seddon
Possum removal
Booked the termite inspection before we renovated. He was under the house for a good forty minutes and found mud tubes on two back stumps. Report came through the next morning with photos and a clear list of what to do first.
Hamish, Yarraville
Termite inspections
We share a wall with a takeaway shop and had the small cockroaches in the kitchen. No spray, just gel in the hinges and behind the fridge. He told me straight it would take two visits and it did.

Active wasp nests and rodents are usually seen within one to two working days. Cockroach, ant and spider jobs and termite inspections are normally booked within the week. If you have found live termites, call us and leave them alone until we get there. We will fit you in as early as we can.
We plan the job around who lives in the house. Gel baits go into cracks, hinges and appliance voids, and rodent bait sits inside locked stations, so there is nothing on benches or floors to touch. Where a spray is needed, we tell you which areas to keep clear of and for how long, and it is written on your report. Tell us about fish tanks, birds, pregnancy or asthma when you book. No pesticide is risk free, which is why we use as little as the job needs.
Usually not for baiting, gel work, rodent jobs or inspections. For a spray treatment inside or under the house, we ask you to stay out of the treated rooms until surfaces are dry, which is typically two to four hours. Pets should stay off treated outdoor areas until dry as well. The exact times for your job are written on the report we leave with you.
