Fault finding and repairs
from $140
Most fault calls start the same way: something tripped and will not stay on, or half the house has gone dead. We test each circuit with an insulation tester to find where the current is leaking, which is quicker and more certain than guessing. Often it is one appliance or one damp fitting. Once we know the cause we show you, give you a price for the repair, and only go ahead when you say so.
What is included
- Same-day visit on weekdays for calls before 2 pm
- Circuit by circuit testing to find the actual cause
- A price for the repair before we carry it out

- 03Price, then repairWe show you what failed and give you a price. Small repairs are usually done in the same visit.
- 04Tested and certifiedThe circuit is tested again, power is restored and the certificate goes out with the invoice.
