Most homes we visit need one or two split systems, and most problems we see come from a unit that was the wrong size or put in the wrong spot. We measure the room first, check the insulation and glass, then recommend a size. The price covers the unit, a standard back to back install and the electrical connection, and it is agreed in writing before we start.

How we do it

Measure and recommend
We look at the room, the wall and the switchboard, then recommend a size and a position for both units.

Agree the price
You get one written figure. Longer pipe runs or a switchboard upgrade are priced up front.

Install in a day
A standard install takes three to five hours. We cover floors, drill once and seal the wall penetration.

Test and hand over
We run heating and cooling, check the drain, and show you the remote and how to clean the filters.
