Evaporative cooler service
from $189
An evaporative cooler sits on the roof all winter collecting dust and stale water. A spring service gets it ready: we clean the tray, check the pads, test the pump and dump valve and make sure water is spreading evenly. Worn pads are the usual reason a cooler blows warm or smells swampy. We do the roof work, so you never need to go up there.
