Roof leak repairs
A roof leak is rarely where the stain is. Water gets in at a cracked tile, a lifted flashing or a rusted valley, then runs along a rafter before it drips. So we start by finding the entry point, from the roof and from inside the roof space, and photograph it. Simple leaks are often fixed on the same visit. Bigger ones get a fixed price first.
What is included

- Cracked or slipped tiles replaced with a close match
- Lifted flashings and loose sheets refixed and sealed
- A fixed price in writing if the job is more than a simple fix

How we do it
- 01Find the entry point
We follow the water back from the stain to where it gets in, which is often a few metres uphill.
- 02Show you the photos
You see the fault and hear the price before anything is touched.
- 03Fix it on a dry roof
Simple leaks are fixed there and then. Larger repairs are booked for the next dry day.
- 04Check after rain
We ask you to tell us how the ceiling looks after the next decent downpour.
