Pitchwell Roofing is a small crew based in Coburg. Most of our work is on the houses we drive past every day: terracotta-tiled Californian bungalows and post-war weatherboards with galvanised gutters that have done their time. We know where these roofs fail, because they tend to fail in the same few places.
We started doing photo reports because customers kept telling us the same story. Someone had climbed up, come down, and named a big number with nothing to show for it. You cannot see your own roof, so we show it to you. Every fault is photographed and sorted into what is urgent and what can wait, with one fixed price.
Metal roofing, gutters, downpipes and flashing are roof plumbing work in Victoria, and ours is done by roof plumbers licensed by the Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC). The crew is trained for working at heights and we carry public liability insurance, with a certificate of currency on request. If the roof is wet, we do not go up. We ring you and rebook.

Fixed price before work
The repair price is written down and agreed before a single tile is lifted.

Compliance certificate
Roof plumbing work valued at $750 or more comes with a compliance certificate, as Victorian rules require.

Written warranty
Workmanship is warranted in writing. If our repair leaks, we come back and fix it at our cost.
