What we do
Roof inspections and reports
An inspection is the place to start if you have a stain, are buying a house, or have not had anyone look in years. We go over the tiles or sheets, ridges, valleys, flashings, gutters and the roof space. Then we send a report in plain words with photos of every fault, what is urgent, what can wait, and a fixed price for the repair. It covers the roof only and is not a full building inspection.

How we do it
- 01Book a dry morning
We need a dry roof to walk on, so we confirm the time the day before against the forecast.
- 02Inspect and photograph
About an hour on site for a single-storey house. You do not need to be home if we can reach the roof.
- 03Report and price
The report arrives the next working day. We ring to talk it through if you would like.
