Tecon Group's office and its crews each sign in to Tecon HQ for the day's work. This is what it runs.

  1. Jobs, crews and the diary. Every job with its crew, site and status, a scheduler for the week and a diary for the notes.
  2. Clock on at the job. Staff clock on and off from their phones, and the office can see who's on which site.
  3. Timesheets that add themselves up. Hours from the clock times with Tecon's own pay rules, lunch breaks and public holidays, and a reminder when someone forgets to clock on.
  4. Invoice straight from the job. Labour from the timesheet, and the parts added on site go on by themselves.
  5. Live with Xero. Invoices go to Xero under Tecon's own numbers, payments come back, and timesheets go to Xero Payroll for the pay run.
  6. Brought across from Tradify. Clients, jobs and timesheets imported from Tradify's own export files.

No. Aphileon OS runs alongside Xero, with a live link: invoices go to Xero, payments come back, and timesheets can go to Xero Payroll. Your books, your bank feeds and your accountant stay in Xero.

Xero (with Xero Payroll), Stripe, Revolut, Google Calendar and Fergus are connected today, and Tradify's exports import straight in. ServiceM8, Microsoft 365, MYOB, QuickBooks, simPRO, AroFlo, Employment Hero, Deputy and Square are coming soon, and we're adding more steadily.

Tecon HQ is the staff app we built for Tecon Group, an electrical and building contractor in Springvale, on Aphileon OS. Its office and crews sign in to it for jobs, clock-ons, timesheets and invoices, and it is connected live to Tecon's Xero.

Businesses with a team, a stream of work and a pile of apps that don't talk to each other, that would rather have one system of their own. Trades and contractors are where we started. The work phones themselves are our separate fleet-phone deal.

Nothing you have to do. Your account and its features keep working as they are, and so does your sign-in. If you'd like it built out further for your business, ask us.
