I've already applied, what happens next?

We check your details, agree the terms and set a credit limit, and the price list comes back with the account. You'll hear from the trade desk either way, so nothing sits in limbo.

Do I need an account to ask a question?

No. If you're not sure whether we supply what you need, ask, the trade desk will tell you straight rather than signing you up first.

Not to ask a question. To order at trade prices, apply for a trade account: it takes a couple of minutes and the price list comes back with the account.
